Description:
The separation conditions of ore color separator with dry and wet
functions.
Dry separation conditions:
1. Water shortage at the use position of the machine;
2. The color of a certain ore is almost the same in the dry and wet
state, and the dust is recovered and treated well after crushing,
and there is almost no attached dust on the ore particles;
3. There is no own mine, and the purchased materials have been
cleaned and can be sorted by direct crushing and classification, or
the purchased materials have been 0-20 mesh of granular materials
suitable for color separation. In order to achieve higher accuracy,
the color separator is used to select the impurities;
4. If the granular material is less than 0.5cm, it must be dry
selected.
Wet separation conditions:
1. After the raw ore is crushed, the color difference between the
finished product and impurities is relatively large in the wet
state;
2. There are mines with large quantities, which can be directly
sorted after cleaning and crushing, and save the investment in
drying equipment or air drying plant land;
3. Wet separation can work continuously. The dry separation will
encounter dust problems. Improper treatment will lead to lower
output and separation effects than wet separation.
